In the course of our active portfolio control we parted with many of our buildings over the last two years, last but not least due to the high demand among numerous investors. This lively demand confirms our philosophy, to look at our buildings from the point of view of both the owner and the tenant. This is the only way to create the optimum value for all parties involved. We are already working on rebuilding our portfolio.
